Sound Panels Installed
April 26, 2012 - Biscuits has taken steps to decrease our noise pollution inside
and outside our facility by installing acoustic panels made by our friends at PrimAcoustic
in Port Coquitlam. We even managed to source out previously used panels to stick
to our commitment to buy used/recycled consumer goods. Now your pup (and the EcoDen
staff!) can enjoy a much quieter and almost echo-free play area!
Dog and Cat Food in Store
April 1, 2012 - In our shop, you will now find some great Canadian-made dog and cat
food. We now carry Orijen cat, puppy, adult dog and regional red dog food as well
as Acana in wild prairie, grasslands, pacifica, and lamb & okanagan apple. If you
are on our dog walking route, make sure to let us know if we can drop off your dog
food with your dog!
Easter Holiday Hours
March 27, 2012 - Please take note that all services, except boarding, will not be
offered over the Easter Holiday long weekend. The EcoDen Doggy Daycare will be closed
this Friday for the holiday weekend and group walks will be cancelled both Friday
and Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us directly if you
need emergency care over the weekend.
Group Training Classes
March 26, 2012 - Starting April 2012 Biscuits will be offering group training classes
at our EcoDen Doggy Daycare facility. The classes will be set up on a rolling enrollment
for dogs of all levels. Since most dogs come into classes at all different levels
regardless of the level they are interested in, the classes will be set up with a
rotation of individual attention from the trainer rather than a traditional “everyone
at the same pace” set up. Don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled on TeamBuy.ca for
a coupon for our training services this April!
Training Services
December 28, 2011 - Biscuits will now be offering private 1 hour training sessions
with trainer and Biscuits owner, Denise Butler, for dogs who are itching for some
learning! Help to open the lines of communication with your dog and strengthen your
human-dog bond. We look forward to begin offering group classes in the spring of
2012.
Winter Holiday Hours
Dec 20, 2011 - Biscuits will be closed for a few days over the holiday season to
spend time with our family and friends! Closed: December 23 to 27, 2011 & January
2nd, 2012. Have a lovely holiday and a happy near year - we look forward to a fantastic
2012!
New Products in Store
Nov 30, 2011 - We have some great new products stocked in our shop! If you’re looking
to keep your little one warm this winter season stop by and have a peek at the EcoPup
clothing line including raincoats made from recycled plastic bottles, dinosaur hoodie
made from bamboo blended fabric, and other incredibly cute designs. We also are excited
to offer two locally made treat brands, KaliWags, crunchy treats made with kale,
pumpkin, carrots and flax in salmon and beef flavours, and Barking Mad dehydrated
liver treats made locally in BC with exotic buffalo and elk liver sourced from Saskatchewan.
